What helps us quote accurately

You do not need all of this information, but the more relevant detail you provide, the more likely we can give you a firm quotation rather than an initial estimate.

  • Property postcode and type
  • A clear description of the work
  • Photos of the consumer unit
  • Photos of the affected area
  • Any existing EICR or electrical report
  • Preferred dates and access restrictions
  • Whether the property is occupied
  • Whether you own, manage or occupy the property
  • For commercial work: drawings or specifications
Questions & answers

Before you get in touch

Answers to common questions at enquiry stage.

How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?

We aim to respond to form and email enquiries within one working day. If the matter is urgent — for example a loss of supply, burning smell or anything you think is dangerous — call us rather than using the form.

Can you quote without visiting the property?

Often, yes. Clearly defined work such as an EICR, consumer unit replacement or EV charger installation can often be assessed from a clear description and photographs. Fault finding, rewires and larger installation work may need a site visit first.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Send the property postcode, a description of the work and photographs of the consumer unit and affected area where relevant. For commercial work, include any drawings, schedules or specifications. For an EICR remedial quotation, attach the existing report.

What do you do with my details?

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to carry out and certify the work. We do not sell your data or add you to a marketing list. Full details are in our privacy notice.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

For fault finding, diagnostics and attendance-based work, our standard call-out charge starts from £120. Where work has already been clearly scoped and quoted as a fixed-price job, the agreed quotation applies instead. Any applicable attendance or diagnostic charge is confirmed before we attend.
